Watch David Rittich’s save in a key moment in Game 5 of the NHL’s first-round playoff series.

The Czech goalkeeper of Los Angeles moved in a flash in the goal area during the power play, swung his catcher perfectly and hid the puck in it after a shot by Leon Draisaitl from Edmonton, but he got over the line with his glove.

The referee first signaled that the goal had not been scored, but the footage from the television cameras proved that the disc in Rittich’s catcher really went all the way into the goal, and the referees, after consulting the video, recognized the goal.

The Oilers tied the score at 2:2 at the key moment, turned the score to 4:2 with two more hits, and the opponent managed to correct it with just one hit.

Edmonton thus won 4:3, added a fourth win in the series and advanced to the next round with a total score of 4:1.

Los Angeles ends with the Czech goalkeeper, who caught the second match in a row.
