Some mobile phones impress with their price, others with their selected features, and others with their excellent price-performance ratio. It is not always necessary to buy a flagship, and it does not even have to be the largest manufacturer in the world, although there were also those in the survey.

1) Google Pixel

By far, the lesser-known Google Pixel phones are the best for us, with the best price/performance ratio, but also support, as they usually get updates and a lot of newer features before any other phones, and the Google ecosystem is also doing well.

2) OnePlus

It is far from being the biggest manufacturer, but its phones often offer brutal performance (but it also has other cool features) for a fairly low price. More than once, the selected models have been labeled as killers of flagships, compared to which they are usually about 10,000 CZK cheaper. Which quoted a user saying that OnePlus has Samsung or iPhone quality at a better price.

3) Realme

Still a fairly young company, whose phones are appreciated by customers mainly for what they offer for their price – some of the features are common only with more expensive phones.

4) Xiaomi

This is probably not much of a surprise; the manufacturer was able to quickly build a strong position both in the segment of cheap and medium-priced phones, and it also has an important position among “flagships”. According to a Which survey, 78% of customers said they bought a Xiaomi phone for its price, and they also value photo quality, battery life and display size.

5) Samsung

For a long time, this is one of the largest manufacturers of phones that are in all classes. And users generally appreciate what they get for the given price, moreover, they say they work as expected (that is, they don’t show any malfunctions, they provide good photo quality, etc.).

6) Motorola

It has a representative in all classes, but users appreciate those in the lowest and middle classes the most. In general, he evaluates them as “simple and without nonsense”, which most likely alludes to clean processing. Their robustness, reliability and battery life were also appreciated.

7) Honor

While other brands didn’t fare as well in the first quarter of 2024, Honor reportedly saw strong growth in several markets, including Europe, GSMArena reports. Users highly appreciate the low price in exchange for great features, especially the large screen and battery, and overall they are rated as quality and reliable, which I can personally attest to.

8) Apple

Somewhat unsuccessfully, it comes from a survey of iPhones that people think are too expensive, and it was the price that most often put them off buying. It’s true that Apple isn’t for everyone; new models tend to be very expensive, and those who want a cheaper one have to go for an older one, or perhaps an iPhone SE, which looks – at least for me – no longer very interesting. One customer then criticized in the survey how Apple tries to “keep users tied” to its products.
