Hbschov, who is the daughter of a German writer and a convert to Islam, emphasized that the first ara should be an integral part of German society. If a Muslim is good to his fellow citizens, if he is committed to the common good, then he is doing the first ara, she stated in a statement, which caused an immediate wave of criticism.

Politicians and the public are outraged that a person with such views can influence the content that the station presents to the public. It is unacceptable that the representative of Halft has a place on the broadcasting board of the station financed by tax fees, declared one of the political representatives. Critics argue that such attitudes are at odds with the democratic and secular values on which Germany is built.

The debate over the dismissal of Hbschov from the broadcasting board has gained intensity, but Hessischer Rundfunk is standing by its decision not to intervene. According to the law, the composition of the council is determined by the Hessian state parliament, and representatives of various religious communities have their place. This established, however, despite the pressure and free after the revision, both the public and the politicians demand that persons who represent universal values and principles be nominated to the diplomatic councils.

Macaw first is the first Islamic system based on the Qur’an and the Hadith, i.e. the stories and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. This system covers a wide range of aspects of everyday life, from personal and family matters such as marriage and inheritance to criminal law. In some Muslim countries, the ara is a part of the state law and can include physical punishments including life imprisonment, amputation or the death penalty for certain crimes. Critics of the ara first often argue that some of its aspects conflict with internationally recognized human principles.

Chalf is a form of Islamic government led by a Khalfa, a religious and political scholar who is considered to be Muhammad’s successor. Halft’s ideal is to restore the unity of the Muslim world under one government, which would govern according to the principles of the Islamic first. Historically, khalfts were established after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, but modern efforts to restore khalft, such as the self-proclaimed Islamic State, have sparked international controversy and fears of extremism.

Khola Maryam Hbschov indicated in her appearance on ARD that both of these concepts could be integrated into German society, which sparked a wide-ranging public and political debate. While some defend ara as a part of human freedom, others point to potential conflicts with the liberal democratic values of fallen societies.
