The all-electric Jeep Wagoneer S is making its debut, with four screens in the cabin

Although the Jeep brand has already presented its first modern electric car, the small SUV Avenger is intended mainly for Europe and selected markets. The brand’s first global electric car will be the large and luxurious SUV Jeep Wagoneer S. The brand will thus follow up on the iconic Jeep Wagoneer from 1963, which was its first modern SUV.

The automaker has published a total of six images, in which we can see the exterior and cabin details of the new model. At the same time, the exterior impresses above all with its aerodynamic shapes. There are partly recessed handles, a distinctive rear spoiler or a minimalist mask. An interesting detail is the light signature of the bow, where the seven slots in the mask are highlighted by a glowing line.

Finally, we also have confirmation that the Stellantis STLA Large platform will be the technical basis. The car will offer an impressive output of around 600 horsepower, 4×e all-wheel drive, off-road capabilities characteristic of the Jeep brand, and the ability to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

However, the exterior is not such a surprise, after all, one of its images has already been leaked to the brand in the past. However, the attention is drawn to the cabin with a distinctive dashboard, in which there are four screens.

In front of the driver is a digital instrument panel, apparently with adjustable content, in the middle of the dashboard is a wide-angle infotainment display, and the passenger also got his own display. The fourth display is at the front of the center tunnel and shows the ventilation settings. Jeep may have been inspired by the concept used in today’s higher-end Audi models.

Control will probably be primarily touch-based, after all, there are not many buttons visible in the cabin. However, the selector of the specifically tuned Selec-Terrain system, which makes it easier to overcome different types of terrain, will be interesting. In addition, the cabin will receive a panoramic roof or a McIntosh audio system with 19 speakers.

The Jeep Wrangler may be electric only from 2028, but it will get a range extender
