In March, the National Development Bank began accepting applications for the Electromobility Guarantee program. Through it and with the use of European money from the National Recovery Fund, the Ministry of Industry and Trade wants to support the sale of purely electric cars in the Czech Republic. A total of 1.95 billion crowns is prepared in the subsidy call, of which 1.65 billion is for the purchase of cars and trucks. Companies and self-employed people can receive a subsidy for a personal electric car of up to two hundred thousand. Which electric models are the most interested in just before the start of support? We asked traders, including AutoPalace, Louda Auto and Pyramida Průhonice. The prices we list include VAT, which can be deducted by payers, and without a possible subsidy of up to two hundred thousand.

The Chinese brand with British roots is expanding its range of internal combustion cars to also include electric ones, which are of considerable interest not only on the Czech market, mainly because of the good price/performance ratio. The price of the car starts at 780 thousand. For this amount, the buyer will receive a modern electric car that offers a range of up to 520 kilometers, fast charging to 80 percent of the battery capacity in 26 minutes, or the smart MG Pilot system, which is supposed to make driving easier.
