Did you know that Ralf Schumacher, a former racing driver and F1 driver, is a big fan of camping and motorhomes?

That is why he got together with the Slovenian company Robeta, which is engaged in the production of mobile homes, and participated in the development of the Robeta Schumacher Edition, a luxury caravan built on the basis of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Robeta specifically reached for the longest 7.37-meter version, equipped with the most powerful diesel engine with an output of 140 kW and a 9-speed automatic transmission. At the same time, the default van is equipped with the highest possible equipment.

However, the Sprinter received a modified nose, some other cosmetic changes and the ground clearance was also increased. Of course, the most important thing is hidden inside. According to the manufacturer, the goal was to make the living space resemble a luxury yacht. Therefore, in the cabin we find noble materials and first-class and quite imaginative processing.

For example, Kerrock artificial stone, reminiscent of marble, was used for the kitchen counter. The floor also offers a marble effect. Otherwise, wood is also used in the interior.

And while we’re in the kitchen, let’s take a look at its equipment. This includes not only a sink or an induction cooker, but also a refrigerator, a wine cooler, a coffee maker and even a dishwasher.

The sleeping area is interestingly arranged. The bed is hidden under the ceiling when not needed. But after pressing the button, it goes down and folds out the side parts. The bed is 2.1 meters long and 1.7 meters wide.

There is also a sofa, a table and a bathroom on board. And surprisingly large – in addition to the shower, there is a sink, a ceramic toilet and a large illuminated mirror.

If you like the Robeta Schumacher Edition, the manufacturer is apparently already accepting orders. In Germany, the price starts at 279,990 euros, which translates to about 6.86 million crowns.
