The number of people infected with influenza and acute respiratory infections continued to grow in the Pilsen region this week. Hygienists registered 7,645 people with respiratory infections in the region in the fifth calendar week of the year, which is 934 patients more than in the previous week. The number of people with covid-19 has decreased in the region this week. In the last seven days, 55 people have been infected with the coronavirus in the region, in the previous seven days there were 78 people, and the week before, 105. In the past seven days, no person infected with the coronavirus died in the region, just like the week before.
