“Handmade from quality ingredients. Everything is fresh, top quality, including homemade bread. No freezer, even the fries will be made from fresh potatoes,” described the businessman.

The bistro will offer a total of 16 unmanned seats. Outside on two terraces with eight seats each. He plans to place counters near the concrete pillars where customers can enjoy a hamburger.

“His price? From 250 crowns. The price list will correspond to the Mama’s bistro,” explained Daniel Nevrkla.
