The second plane crash in two days
Today before nine o’clock in the morning, a small plane crashed at the airport in Rokycany.
All emergency services, including the LZS helicopter, went to the scene. Firefighters provided first aid to the injured pilot and then handed him over to the rescuers, who arrived shortly after. “We took care of a man born in 1946 who suffered moderate injuries, and we are transporting him by air to the Acute Reception of the Lochotín University Hospital,” paramedics added the information.
At the moment, the criminal police and the employees of the Institute for Professional Investigation of the Causes of Air Accidents are heading to the airport, we will of course add their report as soon as it becomes available.

Collision of two planes
On Sunday before eight o’clock, two planes collided during landing at the Chaloupka airport near Klatov. These were small planes, with two people in each.
Immediately upon reporting this event, all emergency services, including the helicopter of the Air Rescue Service from the airport in Línich, went to the scene. According to initial reports, there should be a total of four injuries, including two children.
Firefighters had to extricate one injured person from the wreckage of one of the planes and then hand him over to rescuers. “We treated a total of four people on the spot, including two children. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries in the terrible-looking plane crash, but due to the serious mechanism of the event, two people, namely a man born in 1973 and a child, were transported by the Air Ambulance Service to Emergency Faculty Hospital Lochotín. The second man and the child were then transported to the hospital by land.” the rescuers told us a moment ago.
The criminal police team and employees of the Institute for Professional Investigation of the Causes of Air Accidents arrived at the scene and together they started an investigation.
