The incident happened last Monday at approximately 8:20 p.m. at the Vřesinská tram stop in Ostrava-Porubá. The man behaved indecently there, pulled out the natural and, according to the police, even satisfied himself. He did so in a publicly accessible place, therefore it is an illegal act.
“We received a tip from Ostrava City Police officers, who recorded the man’s unethical behavior thanks to the camera system. After discovering these facts, a patrol of city police officers went out to solve the incident, but the man was no longer at the scene,” described police spokeswoman Eva Michalíková.
The man has not yet been found, so the police have released the footage from the camera system.
“We are appealing to the public who can provide any information leading to the identification of the man to call 158. Thank you for your help. We also ask the man himself to report himself to the district department of Ostrava-Poruba 2 at Heyrovského 9,” spokeswoman Michalíková said.
She added that, at the same time, the police call on any witnesses of the man’s similar behavior in another place to contact the emergency number 158.
