The lawyer embezzled the client’s pension, the latter filed a criminal complaint against him

He filed a criminal complaint against his lawyer. Prvnk worked with him in 2021 and helped him get compensation for the code that was owed to him, because he had an illegal criminal record and was subsequently found guilty on all counts of packaging.

He filed a claim for the payment of 282,000 crowns for the evening of marriage related to the criminal fine. The employees of the previous ministry assessed it enough and sent the attorney a fee of 178,000 crowns. But the lawyer did not inform him about the positive outcome of his appeal and kept the pension, police spokeswoman Monika Kozumplkov said.

After the first months in 2022, it was strange to him that nothing was happening, so he turned to another lawyer, who filed a complaint with the Ministry about the result of his client’s code.

He learned that her pension was paid to his first lawyer about half a year ago. When he then questioned him, the lawyer told him that his money had not yet been issued.

He therefore terminated his cooperation with him and filed a criminal complaint against him at the end of last year.

The lawyer cheated in many ways, especially that he owed him a pension for his first services, which is why he kept the code after their mutual agreement. However, an investigation showed the opposite, and the commission instituted criminal charges against the accused lawyer, added Kozumplkov.

The lawyer filed a complaint against the criminal charges, which the prosecutor dismissed in the past few days.
