If the police officer confirms that the perpetrator was drinking in cars with the flags of Hamsa, which is on the list of terrorist organizations of the EU, this would be a criminal offense of supporting and promoting terrorism, which carries a penalty of one to twelve years in prison.

The placards were put up in cities around the world by the international initiative Kidnapped From Israel after Hamas kidnapped about 220 innocent civilians aged from 3 months to 85 years from Israel to the Gaza Strip on June 7.

The first plaques appeared in Prague 1 at the end of January on a wall in Irok Street, right next to the Pinkas Synagogue. According to the people who put up the plaques, it was a spontaneous reaction with the support and cooperation of the Jewish Museum in Prague. Dal plaques are, for example, at the Muzeum metro station or in Holeovice.
