Prague, November 7, 2023 (PROTEXT) – The 100ks art project, which publishes and offers online for purchase a limited edition of prints from the most interesting contemporary Czech and newly Slovak artists, will present all works from its current offer during the exhibition called 100ks Offline. It will take place from November 22 to December 3 in the center of Prague in the Ex Post gallery in Příčná Street. Come and see for yourself the highest possible quality of prints and the impressiveness of contemporary art.
As part of 100 pcs Offline, visitors will have the opportunity to view the works of contemporary Czech and Slovak painters who are currently moving the gallery and collecting world. A large part of them had an exhibition in prestigious galleries this year, either in the Czech Republic or abroad, and they are successfully selling and auctioning their original works. At the group exhibition 100 pcs Offline, they will be seen together for the first time in this composition.
“Our goal is to popularize and make contemporary art accessible. Using limited art prints, which are orders of magnitude more affordable than the originals, we want to get art on the walls of Czech and Slovak households. Through the exhibition, we not only show our selection, which was created with the help of leading curators, in one place, but at the same time we present the top quality of our prints.” explains the founder of the 100 pcs project, Jakub Svoboda, according to whom the exhibition is also a certain look back and a celebration of the year of the project’s existence.
The exhibition takes place in the spatially unusual Ex Post Gallery, which was created in the center of Prague on the site of the former post office. Like 100ks, Ex Post connects contemporary art with technology and with the public, which is why the combination of these two projects makes sense.
Come at the turn of November and December to be inspired and pause. If you are one of those who, when asked what they want for a present, answer that they don’t need anything, that they have everything, you may find that you want something after all when you visit the world of contemporary art. And you even need.

About 100 pcs
The project was founded by Jakub Svoboda in 2021. The goal is to offer a curated selection of contemporary art in an affordable form of art prints in an edition of 100 pieces. 100 units were supported by the Miton group as an investment. In 2023, it also expanded to Slovakia. More on 100 pcs.cz.
