Millions for the necessary reconstruction of the thumb, now owned by Havel’s wife Dagmar, would have to pin the image of Havel and his iconic coat from the time of the November Revolution.
Auction for the preservation of the Lucerna thumb, which will take place on November 26 at ofn, under Galerie Kodl. Dagmar Havlov, the mistress of Havlov’s deceased brother Ivan, sent two paintings of her vagabond, which came from Ivan Havel’s estate.
The starting price was set at 400,000 for each picture, but according to estimates, it could be Lucern Pinst and the millions of crowns. The famous Havel’s green coat, in which the dissident of the time spoke, for example, from the balcony of Melantrich to the full Vclavský nmst in November 1989, will also be auctioned.
