According to Doušová, the indictment was sent to the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem this week. According to Doušová, he partially confessed to the criminal activity, the motive of the man’s actions is not clear.

According to criminologists, the same offender started several other fires in Děčín this April. According to an earlier statement by regional police spokesman Kamil Marek, the damages caused by all the fires, which the police attribute to the accused, have been calculated at more than 270 million crowns for the time being.
