The British rock group Jethro Tull still reigns as one of the most influential and popular bands in the history of progressive rock. To date, the group has played over 3,000 concerts and sold over 60 million albums. Some of these albums really left a lasting mark on people’s minds, such as Aqualung and Thick as a Brick.
Jethro Tull is still very popular in the country, which is why the band’s founder and leader Ian Anderson always prepares a new concert program for his fans. Now the iconic rockers are back on tour, well rested, with new material and a new album that has been well received on the home front. The 2022 album The Zealot Gene made the UK Top 10. And because Jethro Tull are not resting, they released another album on April 21, 2023 called Rökflöte.
