In the third quarter, the Stoupals tied the score at 42:42 in quick succession after the Czech Republic scored five points, but Christinakiová refused to turn the score around with a three-pointer. Between the 25th and 27th minutes, Greece gained a 56:44 lead with a ten-point streak. Stoupalová’s three-pointer and a basket with a converted free throw by Gabriela Andělová got the score below double digits.

In the final quarter, the Czech team came close three times with a difference of five points, but the home basketball players kept the win.
