The police are looking for the perpetrator and, of course, would be very happy to receive information from any witnesses

On the night from Saturday to Sunday, an as yet unknown perpetrator committed a completely incomprehensible act on the main road between Rozvadov and Přimda, near the Václavák pond. He dumped seven labrador retriever puppies on this very busy road and obviously didn’t care about the high risk of the puppies being run over or even getting into a traffic accident.

Fortunately, the dogs were found by a hunter who was coming from the forest, behaved very quickly, lured the puppies to safety on a forest road and contacted the police. The police called specialists from the Nora Dog House shelter to the scene, who caught the animals. According to the head of the shelter, the puppies were scared, fearful and very hungry.

It is of course likely that the puppies at the apparent age of seven to eight months were dumped here by someone from the nearby area, but it is also possible that someone brought them from nearby Germany.

Of course, the police would be very happy to receive information from any witnesses who may have passed by and noticed something suspicious or who might know who the puppies belong to.
