This year’s Prima Fresh Festival will once again bring many gastronomic experiences to visitors on May 18 and 19. After the great success of last year, visitors can once again look forward to legendary Czech restaurants, leading Czech chefs and stars from the field of gastronomy. The gastronomic experience will be enhanced by street food restaurants, local businesses and the new Chef’s table project, where a foreign Michelin chef will cook a tasting menu for selected guests. Beer, wine and coffee lovers will also find themselves in the area behind OC Plaza, for which special zones with tastings and workshops will be prepared.

Traditionally, visitors can look forward to Zdeněk Pohlreich. Veronika BESKY, Pavel Berky or Mirka Van Gils also accepted the invitation. But the star parade doesn’t end there. “Also this year, the famous Café Imperial of Zdenek Pohlreich will offer a top menu in cooperation with Valoria Catering, Petr Heneš and his Olomouc Long Story Short will demonstrate their creativity, and the restaurant where the history of Czech gastronomy was written – Alcron Restaurant under the leadership of Josef Křížek,” he selects the greatest the stars of the festival are its director Petr Jirásek.There will be local businesses, street food presented by, for example, Arslan Buzz, BBQ boys or Street food Vietnam, Coffee stage in cooperation with SCA ČR, the Hladinka truck from Pilsner Urquell, craft breweries, a wide range of wines and much more .

In addition to great food, there will also be plenty of entertainment. This year’s hot new feature is the Talk Stage “Under the Cover” powered by Ploom, where interviews with well-known chefs, faces of TV Prima and other star guests will take place throughout the weekend. The highlight of the program will be Anna K.’s concert, which will start on Saturday at 6 p.m.

New this year are special VIP tickets for those who want to experience more. “We have prepared three different types of VIP festival Passes, which are full of tastings and other benefits, so that foodies can simply enjoy the festival more. Lovers of beer, wine and coffee will enjoy themselves,” explains Petr Jirásek.

As every year, the festival is babyfriendly . The little ones can look forward to a rich program full of activities that will reliably entertain both young and older children. General partner Škoda Auto will bring a Cooking School, where children will be able to bake their own Škoda cookies or pizza. There will also be a great children’s corner. In it, children will be able to fully enjoy the bouncy castle, face painting, virtual reality games and many fun games. The MOL company will also provide its relaxation zone with a program for adults and children. In addition, MOL will also present a Fresh Corner – even at FRESHI there will be an offer of coffee and warmed-up American hot dogs, which you know from your car journeys.
