Crypto’s School League will see its second year. Secondary schools from the Moravian-Silesian region will be present in the competition with the game title League of Legends. Registration is until the end of September. František Živného Bohumín High School, Zengrova Secondary School of Industry, SPŠEI, Vítkovická High School of Industry, PORG and Komenský High School have already promised to participate.
After a successful first year, when to high school Crypto’s School League in the game League of Legends involved eight schools, everything is being prepared for the start of the second year, which will take place in the fall of this year.
The goal is to increase the number of participating schools to sixteen. “Ostrava and with it the entire Moravian-Silesian Region is changing before our eyes. From an industrial to a modern city, focused on technology and education. Cryptova, as the face of the transformation of the Moravian-Silesian Region, combines both areas here and gives schools and students the opportunity to demonstrate how they are doing in this digital sports industry,” says Michael Blažík, CEO of the Cryptova organization.
Cooperation with the Technical University of Ostrava
Cryptova joined forces with VŠ Báňská – Technical University Ostrava, which, just like last year, will provide facilities at its Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics. “We are showing the rest of the country that for those who are interested in modern technologies and new trends, Ostrava is the place where they can develop their interest during their studies,” comments Blažík.
