Before the match, both teams had to cope with the disappointment of being tied in the seventh semi-final match. Pardubice lost to Dne in the decisive match on Sunday, Nymburk lost to Opava on Monday, and for the first time since 2002, they lost in the final.

The Saints of coach Ladislav Sokolovskho, who can win the second bronze medal in history for the first time after 2002, decided on the day’s fight in the second half. They lost 42:43 at 1 p.m., but won by nine and ten points after two quarters.

In the second half, the boys will send their appreciation, said the Nymburk coach Ladislav Sokolovsk.

The best scorer was captain Martin K with 18 points, Lamb Autrey added 13 points and eight rebounds with three three-pointers, and Ondej Sehnal had nine points, seven rebounds and 11 assists.

David Pekrek with 18 points and seven rebounds and Kamil vrdlk with 17 points and eight rebounds led the team in Pardubice, only to win five bronze medals in the NBL. Both teams were weakened: the home team was without Frantik Rylich, Eric Lockett and Dvid Novek, the guests were missing Robert Riki, Mateo Olak and Tom Vyoral.
