Second-seeded Mannarino confirmed the role of favorite against Draper in Sofia after a battle of two and a quarter hours. In the Bulgarian capital, he followed up this year’s triumphs in Newport and Astana and won his fifth title overall.
The 21-year-old Draper fell short of a week of his life to become the youngest British finalist on the ATP Tour since Andy Murray won in Miami in 2009.

Humbert won in his native Meta
Ugo Humbert won the title at the tournament in his native Meta. In the final, the Frenchman defeated Alexander Shevchenko from Russia twice 6:3 and won the fourth triumph of his career.
Twenty-five-year-old Humbert was in control of the match from the beginning and faced only one break point. He won the tournament after two years and maintained a 100 percent final record. In addition, he will improve to the 20th place in the world ranking.
The twenty-two-year-old Shevchenko, on the other hand, did not finish his life’s campaign to the first title in his career. He, too, will improve his maximum in the ATP ranking after his performance in the Meta, when he will move up 14 places to 49th place.
