One of the Polish profiles on the X platform brought speculation that Dominik Humburger should head to the Dana White’s Contender Series project, where they fight for UFC contracts. Bledá is the only Czech name that managed to win in front of Dana White, but paradoxically it did not lead to a contract. It didn’t come until a few months later.

“I’m sorry, but I can’t say yet. There is something in the solution, but it is a question for my manager. I can’t answer because I don’t want to hurt myself and the organization. When it’s out, you’ll be the first to know.” Humburger himself responded to Sport.cz, who could not yet confirm or deny the information.

“Of course I would be tempted. The best of the best are in the UFC, and I think that’s not just my dream, but many other fighters’ dreams. And if my paths lead there one day, I will certainly not resist it.”

Dominik currently has a record of 8-1 with a total of 7 games finished before the limit. He only had one loss, a relatively tight one in the KSW, where he was not good enough for Michalski. However, it is definitely an interesting name that would fit Contender in terms of fighting style and balance, so we will see if the speculation is confirmed, because soon there will surely be another series revealed, which usually takes place during the holidays.
