The stitchers brought in another African, they found an attacker with a good reputation in Estonia

A striker with a good reputation impressed Slavia so much that they hired him. For now, he will adapt in the second league B team.

“He is a striker who, in the attributes of his game, can benefit the A-team in the future. He proved his qualities. We have some materials about him from previous posts. He looked good scoring goals, of course in the league where he was, so we want a gradual transition,” coach Jindřich Trpišovský introduces striker Singhateh.

The stitchers looked for reinforcements in Estonia. “We followed him a lot. The transfer was very beneficial economically, and also from the people we work with. We have evaluated that he can be a useful player, especially in the position of striker. He is complex both in movement and in the ending, but he has yet to prove it here. At the moment, he will join the B-team, he will adapt and accordingly he will join the A-team in the future,” Trpišovský plans.

The 18-year-old forward or winger comes to Slavia from Estonian Paide, where he spent a successful six months after arriving from Gambia’s Real de Banjul. He caught the attention of the coaches in the 21st round, in which he scored 13 goals in ten games and thus earned a move to the A-team.

In the fourth team of the highest Estonian competition, Singhateh started mainly from the bench. Despite the low number of minutes in the league, 824 minutes, he dominated and celebrated nine accurate strikes. He celebrated the victory in the Estonian Cup with Paide.

“I am very happy to have signed for Slavia. I am glad to be a part of such a club. I’m ready to give it my all. I don’t care if I start in the B-team or the A-team, the most important thing is my performances. This is a great move for me. There are a lot of African players who have come through, some are still here and have done great things. I will be happy to be a part of them and make history here,” Ebrima Singhateh is looking forward to signing a five-year contract.
