West Ham footballers lost 1:2 in the 6th round of the English league derby at Chelsea, despite still leading fifteen minutes before the end. Coach David Moyes’ team, however, feels aggrieved after the referees did not recognize the equalizing goal in the set time after the intervention of VAR. In addition, the referees inexplicably did not exclude James from home during the match.

West Ham, for whom the Czech representatives Coufal and Souček played the entire match, led over Chelsea thanks to Antonio’s goal in the 63rd minute. Chilwell equalized and Havertz turned the score around two minutes from time.

The guests were able to equalize immediately, but the referee did not recognize the goal after consulting the video. Cornet’s intervention was preceded by an alleged foul by Bowen on Chelsea goalkeeper Mendy.

“It was a scandalous decision. And it’s even worse when one of the so-called elite referees makes it,” Moyes was quoted as saying by the BBC.

“I support the video, but here the goalkeeper simulated and faked an injury because he didn’t have time to return. He tried the same for the first goal. It’s unbelievable that the referee doesn’t see it,” the “Hammers” coach didn’t understand.

In addition, Chelsea had to play most of the second half at ten after James swung at Antonio and hit him in the thigh with his boot.

Liverpool’s footballers drew goalless with Everton in the city derby. The previous year’s champions are still waiting for their first away victory in the new season of the English league.

The guests were more active from the start, but home team Everton could be happy about the first goal. However, the 69th-minute goal by Liverpool protege Coady was disallowed for offside after the intervention of the video referee.

In stoppage time, visiting Salah hit the post, it was the third time in the game that Everton had been saved by the goal structure. The home team hit it once. Liverpool did not win away from home even at the third attempt in the new season of the Premier League.

Manchester City’s players unexpectedly drew 1:1 with Aston Villa. The defending champion sent the Haaland gunner into the lead in the 50th minute. The Norwegian forward has made his mark in the fourth game in a row and is leading the scorers. He scored ten goals in six matches.

But the reigning champions did not keep the lead, Bailey took care of the equalizer in the 74th minute and prepared the Manchester team for the second loss of the year.

Tottenham did not hesitate even in the sixth round, beating Fulham 2:1. Tottenham led Höjbjerg and Kane to their fourth win of the season, Mitrovic scored for the visitors in the end. The London team scored their 100th jubilee victory in the London derby.

Seven goals were seen by the spectators in Brentford, where the home team won 5:2 over Leeds. Toney contributed three goals, the guests played the last half hour at ten after Marsch was sent off.
