The 2nd year of the Teplice Grand Prix took place in the spa town under the Ore Mountains. 120 male and female competitors from all over the Czech Republic took part in it. The race was held as part of the Czech Figure Skating Association cup.
At Zimák in Teplice, whose environment was praised by everyone, there was a fight for valuable laurels all day long. There were children and adults at the event, seven female figure skaters and one male figure skater from the home team Figure Skating Teplice presented themselves. Michail Olishchuk, who would probably be the favorite for one of the medals, fought in the Czech Cup in Pardubice.
Two seasoned Teplice competitors Lucie Jakoubě and Sofia Nella Vatrtová moved into the new category of female students this year, where they also competed with girls three years older. Jakouba reached ninth place, Vatrtová was twenty-eighth.
