Japan’s Godzilla leaves death and utter destruction in its wake in new trailer

Golden times have come for fans of one of the most famous movie monsters. Not only is our universe gradually expanding MonsterVersebut my own Japan will soon give us its own version of Godzilla. Today, the movie Godzilla -1.0 premieres in their cinemas, for which the second official trailer was recently released. You can watch it above.

And as expected, we will once again witness the completely destructive rampage of the titular monster, for which human weapons are not even the least bit sufficient. The upcoming film will take place in Japan just a few weeks after the end of World War II, after which the entire country is on its knees. And just when it seemed that things couldn’t get any worse, Godzilla appears to make the whole crisis even worse.

The creators of the film stated several times during the promotion that their Godzilla will differ from the American one in the MonsterVerse in certain ways. According to Toho, in this version the famous monster will return to his insidious way of thinking and desire to destroy.

Visually, however, the film looks great, so if you are one of the enthusiasts who enjoy disaster titles and the rampage of monsters of gigantic proportions, Godzilla -1.0 could be your cup of tea. Again, it is worth reminding that the title of the film is based on the economic condition of Japan, which was reduced to zero after the Second World War, after the arrival of Godzilla, the number then fell into negative numbers.
