In Prague, they invest in interesting projects for the purchase of flats and serviced apartments, thus responding to the recent downturn in the real estate market. According to a study by the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market (ANB), large investments, including developers and real estate funds, have reached 2,000 apartments in 2021, which is more than double compared to the previous year.
