Modernization of the Hyundai Tucson model brings attractive improvements to the exterior appearance, but also a significantly redesigned interior, which is more modern and at the same time more practical. The Tucson continues to be available with a wide variety of powertrains to meet diverse needs. From basic gasoline and diesel engines, through mild-hybrid, hybrid to plug-in hybrid version. The PHEV version with only front-wheel drive is an extension of the range, the power of the most popular 1.6 T-GDi petrol unit has also increased to 160 hp.

The facelift of the popular SUV brings significantly enhanced equipment even in the standard version. Even in the entry-level Comfort equipment level, customers get Bi-LED reflector headlights, front and rear parking sensors with a rear camera, a smart key (keyless start and access to the car) or integrated navigation with a 12.3″ touch screen and remote updates (OTA) . The price of the Hyundai Tucson with a 1.6 T-GDi gasoline engine with 160 horsepower, six-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive is CZK 649,990.

On top of that, the Smart trim level also adds dual-zone automatic air conditioning, wireless mobile phone charging, roof rails, or systems for active blind spot monitoring BCA and active warning of passing vehicles when reversing RCCA. In addition, the Style equipment will add heated front seats and steering wheel or rear LED combined lamps, the Premium equipment will also offer matrix full LED headlights, ambient interior lighting, Krell premium audio system or the Digital Key 2.0 function for unlocking and starting with a mobile phone.

A wide variety of motorizations for the needs of every customer

A strong point of the Hyundai Tucson is traditionally a wide selection of engines. In addition to the basic 1.6 T-GDI gasoline engine with a capacity of 160 hp, the 1.6 CRDi diesel unit with a capacity of 115 hp also returns to the offer. In both cases, the engines cooperate with a six-speed manual transmission.

The more powerful mild-hybrid variant of the diesel version with 136 horses and the mild-hybrid version of the gasoline version can also be configured with four-wheel drive or a seven-speed dual-clutch DCT transmission.

Adherents of economical hybrid or plug-in hybrid engines, which are available from the Smart trim level and always cooperate with a six-speed automatic, will also find their place.

The hybrid engine provides 215 horsepower and its prices start at CZK 869,990. For the first time ever, the plug-in hybrid version with 252 horsepower also comes in a front-wheel drive version at prices starting at CZK 999,990. In both cases, all-wheel drive can be selected as an option.
