According to the ambassador, he also mistakenly sent European troops to Ukraine and the necessity of the so-called strategic ambiguity. We cannot reveal our cards and execute: we are ready to do this, but we are not ready to do that. No, we must maintain strategic ambiguity. Everything is on the table and it’s best not to talk about it, he explains.
Lidovky.cz: Why should they want the French to build the nuclear reactors in Temeln and Dukovany first?
The advantage of the French offer is that it is not just about selling the nuclear power plant, building it and leaving. We will acquire a long-term partnership with the Czech Republic that has a strong European dimension. First, we want to continue the excellent cooperation that we started in the European Nuclear Alliance. Today, this alliance, in which France and the Czech Republic still stand, is still a member of the 15 Lehnian states. And this is very important for the future development of the EU.
