This afternoon, Apple will speak to its fans for the second time during the spring season and present news from its kitchen. As expected, it will be new iPads, specifically the Air and Pro series, but we should also expect new accessories in the form of a keyboard, a case and, most importantly, a redesigned Apple Pencil stylus.

Apple will introduce new iPads

You will be able to watch the press conference called Let Loose (Czech “let it flow”) starting at 4 p.m. our time on the official website of the American manufacturer, or on its YouTube channel. According to analyst Mark Gurman from the Bloomberg agency, the May conference will last about 35 minutes, similar to what happened in the fall when the new MacBook Pros were introduced.

If the speculation of the last few days is not wrong, we can expect the introduction of a pair of new iPads: the Air model and the higher Pro series. We can also expect accessories focused on productivity, i.e. an improved case with a keyboard and trackpad, but also a brand new generation of the Apple Pencil stylus. Bold speculation also says that the new iPad Pro will be the first ever device with the successor generation of the M4 processor. In the future, this should ensure a smooth transition to technologies related to artificial generative intelligence. However, Apple plans to reveal them in full only in June as part of the WWDC 2024 developer conference.
