Alessio Di Chirico vs Roman Kopylov – The match ends at 1.65 points

Di Chirico has lost four of his last five fights, while Kopylov has lost both of his previous UFC appearances. Both fighters have a lot going for them and can secure a new contract with the UFC. Di Chirico has not yet been able to make a real breakthrough in the UFC and this is probably his last chance. However, the Italian also recorded some big moments and victories that prove his overall talent.

Kopylov came into the UFC as the Fight Nights Global (FNG) champion and a lot was expected of him. Unfortunately, he is not doing very well so far. This is a match that should showcase the capabilities of the Russian wrestler. Di Chirico is a technical and deliberate player, but he is not as strong or fast as Kopylov. Di Chirico is not usually one to set the pace of the match, which Kopylov could take advantage of and can wear down the Italian wrestler. This cautious fight could end on points.

Charles Jourdain vs Nathaniel Wood – Wood wins on 3.10 points

Wood is a former bantamweight and plays it safe in his fights, which probably cost him his win against Casey Kenny. He has a very good jab and keeps his opponent at a distance throughout the match, but sometimes Wood is willing to jump into a real shootout if necessary.

There are a lot of questions. How will Jourdain’s body react to his second weight cut just six weeks after his fight with Shane Burgos? Is Wood a true featherweight? Can the English wrestler take the bombs from a fighter who is big even for a featherweight? If Wood stays in the match and does not go to shootouts with Jourdain, then he can certainly celebrate the victory. If he sticks to his strategy and enough distance from Jourdain, it will be exactly his game and a points victory at odds of 3.10 is not to be thrown away.
