He was walking down the street and heard the shout “Glory to Ukraine”. This drove him insane. He started shouting that he was going to kill all Ukrainians, that he was for the Russians, and when he was done, he repeatedly raised his right hand in the familiar Nazi salute and shouted “Heil Hitler”. Now the 43-year-old Slovak is being taken to court by the public prosecutor’s office for his actions. He faces up to three years in prison.

The case happened shortly after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, in the early evening of March 2 this year. When the Slovak was walking along one of Pilsen’s streets, he heard the shout “Glory to Ukraine” from one of the windows. He didn’t like that and let it be known right away. “What are you doing here, you Ukrainians…? I’m for the Russians!” he shouted, adding several insults. “Call here all your Ukrainians you have, I’ll kill you all here,” he shouted, raising his right hand at least three times in front of the onlookers in the Nazi salute to the contemporary cry of “Heil Hitler”, a salute used during the Third Reich but still used today neo-nazis.

When he was detained by the summoned police officers shortly afterwards, he continued his verbal outbursts against Ukraine. He breathed almost three per million of alcohol.
