Barbara Miller, a top German, treats both meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans who drive “healthy” but still have problems. During visits to her surgery on the shore of the lake in the western part of Berlin, she performs a complete blood analysis and compiles a mix of preparations to replace the intestinal microflora. Our cravings for unhealthy foods are dictated by certain bacteria that we have grown in our intestines by eating that food. It’s a vicious circle.
Warming: Czechs can wait in fertile semi-desert areas
And it really helps quite soon. According to Barbara, we are all malnourished because the quantum of food that overflows from shopping carts contains only the minimum of nutrients that the body needs to live a healthy life. And we also cook, fry, freeze food, so we further kill nutrients in their natural state, explains the lady who graduated not only in medicine, but also in physics and Chinese medicine. With this trio of specializations, he views the human body as an immensely complex machine that can be tuned.
Long term exhaustion
According to Barbara, our current food is basically dead matter that provides us mainly with calories. They give us the strength to go on, but we have few basic nutrients and therefore the body has to take these nutrients from its own essence. Aging is actually eating yourself. “People start to weaken already after the twenty-fifth year of their life, because their bones, skin, organs are no longer sufficiently nourished. We eat so much food that fills us with waste, and we only take carbohydrates and proteins from it, which give us strength in the short term, but in the long term, this food exhausts us.
Climate is an irritable beast. At 47 degrees, life stops
The 60-year-old woman with the skin of a 30-year-old therefore advises in her honeyed voice as much live food as possible, modern raw, but sophisticatedly combined with nutritional preparations and also with animal fat such as butter or beef bone broth. The fact is that today’s people living in Europe are biologically unable to receive certain nutrients without animal fats. And this is also the advice that Barbara gives to her patients, sick vegans.
But following Mrs. Miller’s diet is not exactly easy. At first you feel like a top athlete. He suddenly needs twice as much sleep, runs further and faster, the usual mood swings disappear. Nevertheless, it is a religious order. This super diet requires preparing salads with special supplements every day, mixing food in a mixer, constantly monitoring when, how long before or during a meal to pop a pill with an amino acid or vitamin.
Barbara Miler proves that most animals like us live in very good condition to a very old age, so there is no reason why one should not have muscles, strength, fair skin and good bones well into one hundred. But we are surrounded by food that loses most of its nutrients through industrial processing. And eating right would just be too complicated.
