The Prask Stock Exchange has announced that, due to the planned completion of the merger between Avast and NortonLifeLock, trading in Avast shares will be suspended as of September 8, 2022. Today, Avast shares will be traded on the Prask Stock Exchange for the last time. Actions that will drive Avast’s shares to the beast of the day trading will be entitled to compensation from NortonLifeLock. As of September 12, when the merger must be completed, the stock exchange will definitively remove the Avast issue from the market. Let’s remember that on the London Stock Exchange, Avast shares are traded until Friday, September 9. The Prask Stock Exchange plans to take the NortonLifeLock stock to the market after it is completed. These are the components of NortonLifeLock’s consideration for Avast shares.
