Russian returnees from the fighting in Ukraine are responsible for the lives of at least 107 people in Russia. Roughly another hundred were injured, the Russian investigative portal Vjorstka reported. According to his information, 175 Russian soldiers, including 91 former prisoners pardoned by Russian President Vladimir Putin, committed murder, assault and other crimes leading to the death or maiming of people.
