They discovered a mysterious sports car in a field in America. No one can say what it is yet

In the fields near Houston, Texas, they discovered a mysterious sports roadster that doesn’t match anything known. Even enthusiasts specializing in unknown cars are at a loss.

In the world’s car classifieds, we can come across various cars from the past, but only an absolute minimum of them are really unknown. And if you enjoy researching the origins of special vintage cars, now is your chance. An unknown roadster appeared on the American classifieds site Craigslist, which was immediately sold. And it seems almost no one knows what it actually is.

The sports roadster shrouded in secrets has evidently been lying forgotten for a long time in the fields near Houston, Texas, from where it will probably soon be taken away by a new owner. However, the automotive community has already begun to speculate as to which manufacturer and model it actually is, because although it has familiar features, it does not correspond 100% to anything we know.

The sporty roadster with a design characteristic of cars from the 1950s and 1960s has a steel body, which is revealed by the easily visible corrosion. That rules out a special fiberglass rebuild and leads us to wonder if it’s an unknown piece from one of the big American automakers. It could be a forgotten concept or a piece of bodywork at the request of a wealthy client.
