One of the largest sponsors of the prestigious American Harvard University has stopped funding this university. Billionaire Ken Griffin, who is a graduate of Harvard, made this decision after the school did not take a strong stand against the anti-Israel protests of some students. The lukewarm response to calls for genocide was also one of the reasons for the resignation of the rector of the university, Claudine Gay, at the beginning of January.

Griffin expressed concern that America’s elite schools are focusing too much on the politics of diversity, equity and social inclusion. For example, the owner of Warner Music company Len Blavatnik or the owner of clothing brands Victoria’s secret and Abercombie and Fitch Leslie Wexner have already stopped sponsorship donations to Harvard.
