I can point out that this issue has been definitively resolved from the point of view of the international first, said Scholz in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

An estimate of what Nazi Germany inflicted on Poland was prepared by a Polish parliamentary commission. Historians, economists and real estate market experts weighed in on the assessment.

The national-conservative First and Justice party, the strongest Polish government party, raised the issue of German civil reparations after taking power in 2015. However, Germany has long-term rejected Polish demands regarding the reparations.

In the long term, the view that Poland agreed to break away in 1953, then in 1970 when the border dispute was closed and when the Polish border was confirmed, during the reunification of Germany in 1989 and 1990, and finally in 2004, when the Sejm, the lower house of the Polish parliament, responded to the demands of the delegates of the Nmc.

Varava claims, however, that the declaration of the Polish government from 1953 about the reparations was contrary to the state and was made only under the pressure of the Soviet Union.

Nazi Germany caused not only enormous material losses to Poland, but also the Second World War, and six million inhabitants of this country, of which millions are Jews.
