According to the server Zdopravy.cz, which was the first to draw attention to the verdict, it resulted from the decisions of the order for the protection of the economic value, which only enabled the signing of the purchase contract with the relevant company. The contract for the order, its value is estimated at 1.176 billion crowns, but it has not been signed.

The demand for low-floor vehicles is to drive in the streets of the metropolis and in its immediate surroundings. The number of kilometers an average trolleybus should cover per year is estimated at 60,000. For passengers with 25 and 35 seats, including those that fold down, at least six seats must be reserved for people with limited mobility or orientation.

Trolleybuses do not have to travel only on electrified routes, they can also rely on battery power. The required minimum design speed is 70 km/h.
