The Iveta series is approaching its finale. The third series is introduced

The plot of the final series follows on from the previous two. Iveta Bartošová is captured in it as a woman who lost most of her life’s certainties a long time ago. Thirteen years after leaving Ladislav Štaidl, her world changed beyond recognition. Her albums are not selling like they used to, but she believes she will sing again.

She has had an unsuccessful marriage with Jiří Pomej, but she believes that true love is still waiting for her.

And above all, she has by her side the person she cares about the most – her teenage son Artur. It is because of him that he wants to win the battle with his own demons. He is the one who stands by her, even when things are not going well and the tabloids are waiting for her every mistake…

The series Iveta will be available on Voyo from Friday, May 10. The second series is now also broadcast by TV Nova, it belongs to the last Sunday evenings. On the one that is coming up, i.e. on May 5th, from 9:35 p.m., the three-part documentary You Know Little, which will bring a new perspective on Iveta Bartošová’s career from the 1980s to the 2000s.

“I believe that the most fundamental difference is that Iveta Bartošová’s story was previously told by the tabloids, and above all by men. On the contrary, we retell it mainly through women or people who have no reason to parasitize on her tragedy.” the director of the documentary, Tomáš Klein, adds:

“Therefore, we are interested in the view of Michal Penek, who joined the show business machinery together with Iveta and experienced its dark side, including falling to the very bottom. Or Tereza Pergnerová, who went through an extremely difficult life path. These are people who can take a critical look at the pitfalls of show business and at the same time both have a strong relationship with Iveta.”

It seems that TV Nova wants to hinder the success of the competition with a Sunday evening dedicated to Iveta Bartošová. While the series Iveta dominated the audience on the Sunday before last, the previous one was overtaken by the ČT mini-series By-product directed by Peter Bebjak.

He cast two prominent Slovak-Czech actors in the main roles of his other criminal from Ostrava: Tomáš Maštalír and Martin Hofmann. In terms of viewership statistics, it surpassed TV Nova by hundreds of thousands of viewers at the same time.
