12 years ago Martina Pejši’s Creative Dock started building companies and products for other market players on a so-called turnkey basis. Zonky for Home Credit, Mutumuta or perhaps HoppyGo for Škoda brought him “fame”, and to date the group has already built a total of 120 businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Now Creative Dock gets even more powerful. The Munich company Mantro Product Studio, which he has been taking over since April, does the same thing – it also builds companies and projects, especially in the field of engineering and energy. Thanks to this, the Czechs will strengthen on the German market and in the entire German-speaking region, where the largest part of the Creative Dock group’s income already comes from.

All under one roof

“In the long term, we focus on the valuation of large companies. The technologically advanced DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) has been important to us for many years, and we are pleased that thanks to the acquisition we are getting a better opportunity to reach dozens more interested clients in it,” says Creative Dock CEO Gabriela Teissing about the acquisition.

The companies do not disclose the price of the acquisition – but Creative Dock has taken over the German competition since April 30.

Mantro Product Studio is only a three-year-old company with thirty employees, but it has already founded ten companies. Its clients and partners include industrial giants such as Vorwerk, Audi, Giesecke+Devrient, LEG and Bosch.

Creative Dock

Creative Dock is the world’s largest independent corporate enterprise builder. It provides end-to-end business building from idea to build and scale. They have recently bought several companies across Europe and have seen 100% year-on-year growth.

“In Creative Dock, we found not only a new home, but also a great strategic partner for innovation,” says Manfred Tropper, CEO and founder of Mantro.

Foreign acquisitions

It is not the first time that the Creative Dock group purchases in Germany. Two years ago, it acquired the company FoundersLane, which builds tailor-made projects and companies in the field of medicine and healthcare, and its other acquisitions include Rohrbeck Heger and Spark Works – a leading Swiss innovation company. Creative Dock has already invested 1.3 billion kum in purchases. The company’s sales in 2022 were slightly over 800 million.

Today, Creative Dock is a group that employs more than 600 people. His current clients include major companies such as Adidas, Allianz, Ahold, Amadeus, Avast, Bekaert, Henkel, Holcim, Mondelēz, JTI and Veolia.
