The former people’s governor Ji unek chose them for the construction of a new hospital, but his successor Radim Holi (ANO) canceled it after his death. The regional development agency ZRIA is giving you the first details on how to use the land. There are several variants here, but all of them have the common goal of increasing the quality of distance learning, opportunities for graduates to apply, and business support.

The Zlnsk region has huge potential, but we cannot wait long for its development, said the editor of the agency Petr Kubek. Specifically, housing for young people, a university campus, premises for entrepreneurs, a Technology Park born from construction plans under the sports hall in Zln, a sports complex and a cultural land are to be created here.

They are supposed to connect the academic world and innovative business. In addition, it should be a new, separate form. Our ambitions exceed the standards of perception and a problem, as we have been used to until now. We aim to create a living space that appeals to generations and encourages personal and professional development, Holi indicated.

In Malenovice, for example, young people and the elderly could learn to work with virtual reality. Young artists and technologists would in turn collaborate on interactive installations. A park with greenery, a place for sports and concerts can be used for relaxation. The region looked for inspiration, among others, in the Baltic States. In Malenovice, one of the first initiatives could be, for example, an interactive learning space for students of all age categories with a path to science, technology, engineering and mathematics, said David Vychytil (ANO), economic deputy of the governor.

Full details are not yet concrete. What type of house should be built here, how the ratio would be between the way new buildings are used and how the area will be occupied by the area will still be specified. Same as A’s schedule.
