Breaking moments: The opening minutes were balanced. The Plzeň women created a bigger difference in the score with a five-goal streak and after twenty minutes they led 13:9 after Tereza Panošková’s goal. Half a minute before going to the locker room, Veronika Fenclová increased her seven-meter throw to 20:14. After seven minutes of the second half, it was only two goals, when Michaela Daňková corrected to 21:23. Hanačky equalized in the 46th minute after a goal by Anna Možíšová (28:28) and the winner was decided only in the final three minutes of the game. However, after Simona Schreibmeierová’s goal at 36:33 a minute and a half before the end, it was clear that Pilsen would take two points for the win.

The interesting part of the match: Veronika Fenclová was very responsible for the victory in Pilsen, who, although she did not make it out of the game in any case, she converted all eight seven-meter throws.

Top scorer: Simona Schreibmeierová once again proved what a talent she is at the age of nineteen, as she scored nine goals in the match. In the colors of Olomouc, 21-year-old Michaela Daňková was the most successful in terms of shooting, who made a total of eight goals, hitting three times from the seven-meter mark.

What the result means: The leader Zora scored a second defeat in the superstructure, while Pilsen, on the other hand, won for the second time. West Bohemia is only two points behind Hanačky in second place.

Post-match comments:
Jana Bureš Galušková, coach of DHC Plzeň:
“Of course, I’m satisfied with the result, even though we had an awful lot of mistakes there. The entry into the second half didn’t go as well as we said in the dressing room, but the girls were able to improve and finish with the two points, but it could have been better.”
