After the change of sides, Die Roten continued their activity, but the burning of chances did not repeat itself. In the 53rd minute, Sané took over the ball on the sideline, who moved to the opposite wing compared to the first half, took it to the corner of the penalty area and fired an elusive shot at the near post. Minutes later, the fans at the Allianz Arena erupted in even more joy after the referee awarded the home team a penalty kick following a foul on Jamal Musial.
