Google launched the Czech Google Store, where it officially sells Pixel phones with AI

Today, Google officially launched the Czech version of its Google Store online store. It offers Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 8 and Pixel 8a phones with advanced artificial intelligence features.

Google guarantees seven years of software and security updates for these phones. In addition to the online store, they will be available at three exclusive partners: O2, Alzy and Datartu. The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro go on sale from May 7. The Pixel 8a is available for pre-order now, and will go on sale from May 14.

The official Czech prices of the Pixel 8a start at 14,490 CZK, you can buy the Pixel 8 from 20,990 CZK and the Pixel 8 Pro from 28,490 CZK. However, introductory discounts are also valid until June 3, 2024, so at O2, Alza and Datart, these devices are CZK 3,800, CZK 4,000, respectively 7000 CZK cheaper. When purchasing via the Google Store, the customer receives a credit worth CZK 3,800, CZK 4,000, or CZK 7,000 for the next purchase.

In addition to the phones themselves, the Pixel Buds A-series covers and headphones are on sale.

O2 customers will get a free O2 TV HBO and Sport bundle with the new Pixel phone. Each Pixel 8a comes with three months of YouTube Premium, three months of Google One and six months of Fitbit Premium. There’s an extra three months of Google One service on the Pixel 8 or 8 Pro.

Pixel phones have a Google Tensor G3 processor with a Titan M2 chip that was created just for them. They combine powerful cameras and editing tools with artificial intelligence from Google. In addition, the Pixel 8 Pro allows you to adjust the shutter speed, ISO, take 50 MP photos in the entire zoom range and other functions.

The Best Picture feature uses AI to create a single image from a combination of real-world shots, such as when taking group snapshots. Experimental Magic editor allows you to easily change the position and size of objects or highlight the background in photos.

The magic audio fader reduces noise in the audio track, such as wind gusts or crowd noise. Advanced machine learning models sort individual sounds into separate layers, the volume of which you can separately control.

In addition, the Pixel 8 Pro can enhance videos, namely adjust colors, lighting, stabilization and grain. Night Sight Video mode improves low-light videos.
