ZNOJMO – This morning, the baby box of the Znojmo hospital hid a delayed baby girl. The baby was dressed lightly – in a white blouse and blue panties.
“On Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 5:55 a.m., I opened the ringing cell phone. He sent me a photo of a baby lying in the baby box of the Znojmo Hospital. The baby was dressed lightly – in a white blouse and blue panties. The very kind headmaster Petr Bloudíček told me that she is a little girl weighing 2,880 g and measuring 48 cm. She was slightly hypothermic, her temperature was 35.9°C, so they put her in an incubator,” said the founder of baby boxes in the Czech Republic, Ludvík Hess alias Babydědek Lu.
“She was born a few hours ago, her umbilical cord is tied with a rubber cord,” the headmaster Bloudíček explained to me the information about the found girl. I asked the headmaster to name the little girl Eva Němcová. I explained to him that it was the name of an eighty-year-old lady who had bequeathed a large part of her fortune to Babybox. Ing. Eva Němcová died under tragic circumstances on 7/15/2023 in Brno. Honor to her memory,” said the founder of baby boxes in the Czech Republic, Ludvík Hess alias Babydědek Lu.
Little Eva is the third child from the baby box this year, the second at the Znojmo Hospital. Girl’s score vs. adjusted the boys’ score to 144:119 in favor of the girls.
I am asking Jaroslav Černý, marketing director of the Czech Mint, to prepare a gold newborn ducat, with which the Czech Mint traditionally gifts all babies placed in the baby box.
