A mass traffic accident involving several trucks and passenger vehicles happened on the 27th km of the Prague Ring Road on Monday, April 29 after four o’clock in the afternoon. The road is closed in both directions from Karlovarská to Evropska Street. A helicopter was landing on the spot

The police informed about the traffic accident on the X social network. A rescue helicopter was also landing on the spot to help the injured.
“A helicopter and two rescue crews are on the scene. Three people are injured, according to preliminary information, one person is unconscious,” Jana Poštová, spokeswoman for Prague rescuers, told Deník.
Together with the police, the Prague rescuers and firefighters also helped to free people from vehicles.
Airport firefighters are also on the scene. “The accident closed the Prague ring road in the direction from Zličín to the airport before the exit to Terminal 3,” the airport representatives added.
