The young man, who was seventeen years old at the time of the incident and is now of legal age, first had a fight with the bus driver for unspecified reasons in the judgment. In the area near the front door, he then kicked him in the legs and slammed the door open with his fist on his head.
At that moment, he fell to the ground in front of the front door of the bus, where he remained unsteadily flying towards the ground. Wrapped in a bag, he repeatedly punched him in the head and stomped on his head with his right foot, the court described what happened in revenge.
One of the witnesses then came to the young man and pulled him a few meters from the victim’s bed. The flow did not stop there. The aggressor broke out of the seven, ran against the unruly idea and kicked him in the head with full intensity with his right foot. The judgment literally says that he moved his head by at least half a meter.
The attacker died in hospital with a brain injury and other injuries.
The young man pleaded guilty in court. As a juvenile, he could have received up to five years for trying to become a healthy person. The court sentenced him to 22 months in prison, suspended for a probationary period of three years, and supervision was also established.
