Vladko Dobrovodský has not lived in the Czech Republic for a long time and is hardly heard of. Nevertheless, perhaps every lover of reality shows knows him well. What happened to him after the Chosen Ones and what does he do?

Reality show times Election they are long gone. On Vladek Dobrovodský but TV viewers certainly haven’t forgotten. In 2005, Vladko took part in the first ever series The Chosen Ones, which he won and thus received prizes worth 11 million crowns. He then appeared in the reality show once more, namely in 2013. To everyone’s surprise, he managed to win again and this time take home a reward of 5 million crowns.

Escape abroad

After ending The Chosen Ones in 2005 se Vladko he became a big celebrity. He decided to use the acquired fame and wanted to make a name for himself in show business. At one time, there was even talk that he was supposed to host a primal culinary show Great wooden spoon. But that never happened.

According to information from the website iDNES, he once even received an offer from the theater. Producer Petr Kratochvíl he wanted Vladko to play in a musical The Picture of Dorian Gray. But Vladko was afraid of that. “I turned down the musical, not that I have little self-confidence, but I really wouldn’t dare,” he revealed at the time.

Vladek did not succeed and in the end the media pressure did not stop either. So he moved to Spain and was not heard from for several years. He returned to the Czech Republic only in 2013 for the filming of another series of shows, after which his footsteps headed back to Spain.

“I haven’t lived in the Czech Republic for a very long time, I don’t know what’s going on there at all. I only occasionally visit my mother, otherwise I don’t move around the Czech Republic at all,” stated Vladko a few years ago in an interview for eXtra.cz.

He doesn’t care about media attention

Otherwise, however, he was not very cooperative. He didn’t even want to reveal exactly where in Spain he lives. “I’ve been elsewhere for a long time. Do not be angry. The competition ended seven years ago, I was with us for less than two years, then I moved away,” added the two-time winner of VyVolených. “Vladko is already enjoying peace. He’s experienced what it’s like to be in the media’s interest, and I think he’s had enough,” revealed a source close to him.

No one is in contact with him

Vladko has completely withdrawn, and is not even in contact with any of his roommates, with whom for several months during filming The Chosen Ones lived under one roof.

“I have no idea at all. About a year ago, I read in the tabloids that he lives two and a half thousand kilometers from the Czech Republic. And that if he goes home, it’s only to visit his mother. But where he is today is hard to say,” he confided to ŽivotvČesku.cz Emil Zajac, who was also quite a prominent reality show personality. And the others don’t have any information about him either.

He invested the money wisely

Thanks to VyVoleny, Vladko won a total of prizes worth 16 million crowns. But he certainly didn’t spend the money on nonsense. After the first victory, he bought two apartments in Prague. He then decided to invest more money so that he would not have to work in his old age.

How does he look today?

Vladko managed to draw all the attention to himself in the villa. And mainly because of its wild and unpredictable nature. Perhaps everyone who back then Chosen watched, he still remembers how Vladko grabbed the scissors in a fit of anger and he got rid of his long curly hair in front of the bathroom mirror in front of the TV cameras. And although he subsequently regretted his decision quite a bit and cried over his curling hair in the sink, he apparently liked his new image in the end.

According to the latest information, Vladko did not let his hair grow again and wears a short haircut. However, it is not known exactly what it looks like. Vladko strictly guards his privacy. He’s not long for attention and is happy to be able to enjoy his life without being accosted by fans on the street or called by journalists.
